Is is ordering secure?
It certainly is, all orders are taken over a secure server based in Dublin Ireland. We use 128 bit encryption so your information is 100% safe. You credit card information is sent to REALEX for processing and we do not store your credit information.

How will my order be packaged?

Generally it will be in its original packaging, but sometimes amps and guitars may be re-packaged if the original packaging is in poor condition. All guitars will be checked out by one of our setup experts before shipping, and original packaging may be substituted.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 14 day money back guarantee. This guarantee excludes strings and harmonicas. If you need to return an order please contact us and we will make the arrangements.

All products are still covered by their manufacturer's warranties. Check their websites for more details. If your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us to arrange repair/replacement.
